Shipping & Returns
Shopafoodieaffair takes pride in delivering the highest quality merchandise and wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your order for an exchange or refund.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Clothing must be unworn and have tags attached to garment.
Return Shipping- Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping. Shipping fees o you or back to us are not refundable.
To process a return or exchange:
1. Contact us at sales@shopafoodeaffair for an RMA number.
2. Place item in box and/or original packaging.
3. Please include a copy of your invoice in the box, and clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box.
4. Returns must be shipped by UPS or Fed Ex only, to the address on top of your invoice. Returns are not accepted by US mail.
Please allow 10 business days for your return or exchange to be processed. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card. Please note that it can take a few days for your credit to appear in your credit card account.
