These are the finest quality parchment sheets. There's a major difference between the different types of parchment on the market. The quilon treated sheets are basically a "one use" type sheet. The silicone treated sheets are "multi use" and can be used several times, such as in the case when you're making cookies, and have several batches going in the oven. Silicone-coated reusable vegetable parchment instantly makes any baking pan non-stick. Heavy duty, approx. 50-count. Each sheet measures 16" x 12", just the right size for most cookie sheets and half sheet pans. Recommended maximum temperature for single use: 500°F. For multiple uses: 450°F. Parchment means cookies and sticky breads will slip right off the sheet when theyre done. And your pans will stay perfectly clean.Try lining your bread or 9" x 13" pans with parchment, and clipping it to the edges with metal binder clips. After the food is baked, you can use the parchment to lift the bread or cake right out of the pan. These sheets are also great for rolling pout pie crusts, and transferring to the refrigerator for chilling, and eventually the pie plate. No struggling to get stuck dough off the counter.
