Product Description
This creme brulee mix takes the hassle out of making creme brulee. Mix 3-1/2 cups heavy cream to 3 oz. dry crème brulee mix in a pot. Bring to a boil for 1 minute while stirring constantly to avoid burning. Pour in ramekins or pastry shells and refrigerate for 1 hour. Before serving, sprinkle sugar on top and caramelize with a torch. Ingredients: Powdered Sugar (Sugar, Corn Starch), Dehydrated Sweet Cream, Natural Vanilla Flavor, Agar Agar, Carrageenan, Polyglycerol Esters of Fatty Acids, Vanilla Bean Powder, Sodium Caseinate, FD&C Yellow 5, FD&C Yellow 6.
